Cricket Club Official Website
Laugharne Cricket Club came
into being in April 1889. After celebrating the Centenary Year of the club
in 1989, where Laugharne played with some of the up and coming Glamorgan
Cricketers who are today internationally known sportsmen. Laugharne
Cricket Club is still going strong, and is a friendly welcoming club that
has a well known presence in the local community.
We always are
friendly and welcoming to new players. We also welcome people wishing to
become members and potential sponsors. Further information is available on this site.
The Cricket Season runs
between May and August and Laugharne are members of the Gwili-Taf Midweek
League. Games are played on Wednesday afternoons. Home matches are held at
the club ground (Wooford Park)
